At the core of this therapy I sit with you, in presence or virtually, discussing your thoughts, feelings, beliefs with the intention of bringing understanding, healing and growth.

A contemporary psychoanalytical approach focuses on the relationship to one self and the people in one’s life. Past relationships form an emotional template for how one views self and others. Meaningful change involves consciously now experiencing the effects of these early templates on self and others.
